Dr. Yousuf Meman is Chairman & Managing Director of Memon Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., leading a 780+ bed healthcare network across Chhattisgarh, including Sanjeevani Cancer Care Hospital (220-bed NABH, Raipur), Sanjeevani Superspecialty Hospital (110-bed, Raipur), and upcoming 250-bed Ambikapur, 100-bed Bilaspur and 100-bed Jagdalpur facilities. Founder of Sanjeevani Cancer Care Foundation, Past President of Rotary Club of Raipur North, has served as Disease Prevention Committee Chairman.

Mrs. Shabana Meman serves as the Managing Director of Sanjeevani CBCC USA Cancer Hospital and Sanjeevani Super Specialty Hospital, while also leading multiple healthcare institutions across Chhattisgarh as Founder Director. She is also the Founder Member and Secretary of Sanjeevani Cancer Care Foundation, through which she has led extensive cancer awareness campaigns, bridging modern healthcare development with impactful social service.

Dr. Surendra Sharma is the CEO of Sanjeevani Group of Hospitals with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, public health, policy, and health systems. An MBBS graduate from Mumbai and MPH from Harvard University, he has worked with institutions including WHO, Jhpiego, and Harvard, and has advised government policy bodies. He brings extensive global and strategic expertise to advancing accessible, high-quality, patient-centric healthcare.

Mrs. Dolly Agrawal is the Chief Financial Officer of the Sanjeevani Group of Hospitals with over a decade of experience in healthcare finance and strategic financial management. She is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and AICA Level 1 certified, and has previously worked with NH MMI Health Insurance (2013–2015). Since 2017, she has been leading financial governance, planning, and sustainable growth at Sanjeevani Cancer Care Hospital.

With qualifications in Hospital Management, Operations Management, and Pharmacy, she brings multidisciplinary expertise in hospital operations, accreditation processes, and healthcare system improvement.

She holds a BDS and a Master’s in Hospital Management (MHM), bringing expertise in clinical coordination, operational efficiency, and patient-centered healthcare systems.

Ms. Aashiya Khan is A healthcare professional with 19 years of experience in Human Resource and Administration, including 12 years in the hospital sector and 7 years in other sectors.Currently heading the Human Resources Department, overseeing HR operations, staff administration, and workforce management. Experienced in NABH accreditation assessments, having participated in the process four times and contributing to maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance within the hospital.
