Medical Opinion

We will provide a detailed medical opinion by our team of doctors before your arrival. In response to your query, our I.P.S. (International Patient Services) team seeks information from relevant consultants to offer you the best diagnosis, treatment, and price estimation.

Accommodation in Hospital

Yes, one attendant per patient is provided accommodation in the hospital with the patient (except ICU admission) depending on the room category opted by the patient. We are equipped with Super Deluxe, Deluxe, Semi-private rooms & General wards.

Our Super-Deluxe & Deluxe rooms are

  • Well-lit, ventilated, & spacious and are 100% Disinfected – All high-touch points are being sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants
  • We have contemporary rooms with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, air conditioner, and attached bathroom with hot and cold water supply.
  • Further, room service, 24-hour CCTV surveillance for maximum security, round-the-clock power backup is supplied all over campus.

A dedicated relationship manager is assigned to each patient to take care of all your needs inside the hospital and to assist you with hospital administrative processes.

You would need to confirm your date and time of arrival in India for booking of a reputed guest house, or a hotel.

International Concierge Desk available at the hospital will facilitate travel within the city as well as for local sight-seeing

Complimentary two way airport transfers

We are equipped with ALS & BLS supported ambulance for patient transfer from airport to the hospital & vice-versa.

Our International P.R.E. will arrange a vehicle for local sightseeing. 

Interpreters available at the hospital

We are a well established cancer hospital in raipur and we wish to be transparent in our services & make sure language is not a barrier between us, for which we have interpreters & translators available at our hospital who will help you communicate easily with our team & understand each and every process in your language.

Modes of payment

Payments can be done either via cash, credit card, or wire transfer at the time of admission.

We assist with foreign currency exchange.

The payment can also be transferred to the Hospital account through wire transfer prior to, or after your arrival.
